ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Reporting To: Compliance Manager
Geographic Scope: Global, APMEA (Asia Pacific Middle East Africa)
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- To drive the provision of assurance to management on different process & systems and activities adherence to company’s policies, procedures & relevant laws & regulations
- Support to monitor SOX compliance
- Lead control management activities
- Drive the Control Navigator assessments, follow up and ensure the actions of remediation plans are completed as per the approved due date
- Control Excellence Dashboard: lead, follow up with stakeholders to ensure accurate actions are taken to deliver Local Policy Reviews, Master Data Management (MDM) housekeeping and Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Final Year student or Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Finance/Banking/Business/ Degree or any equivalent field
- Understanding the financial practices applicable to the daily tasks
- Eager to learn, dedicated, resourceful and able to work in fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills, digital savvy, and a great teammate
- Attention to detail, methodical and organized
- Effective planning and time management skills
