ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports To: Cloud and DC SRE Lead
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: Global
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Collaboration delivery in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Deliverables on Reporting Enhancements and Publication.
- Involvement in Data Analysis and Data Visualization of Dashboards.
- Involvement in Automation of Data Reporting, Data Migration and Data Mapping.
- Support the Content Management and Maintenance on Team Website/Portal.
- Showcase efficient collaboration with team members to identify any potential CSI initiatives.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or Finance with a focus on IT or cloud technologies.
- Demonstrate excellent Data Analytics skill; proficiency in tools such as MS Excel Data Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Solid proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Good communication skills to efficiently collaborate with team members and present findings/proposals.
- Good Knowledge and efficiently with the following will be added advantage: Cloud Computing: basic understanding of cloud architecture and services (e.g., compute, storage, networking) & Certificates of Azure/AWS fundamental.
