BAT Poland is looking for an Omnichannel Cross Media Operations Executive

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Cross Media Operations Executive to join our dynamic Global Business Solutions function – Consumer Experience Digital Operations team to work closely with the Area Digital & Omnichannel function.

The Cross Media Operations Executive will be responsible for the management of the daily operations of Area’s Cross Media activations. The individual will be responsible for managing all social media page administration responsibilities, ensuring the timely and consistent publication of approved content, maintaining page hygiene, generating insightful reports, and monitoring social media conversations for potential issues. Additionally, the Cross Media Operations Executive will be assisting with all SEO operational activities such as evaluating content strategy, link building, keyword optimizations, reporting, etc. to increase rankings of assets across search networks.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in social media management, digital communication tools, as well as basic comprehension of search algorithms, applied marketing strategies, strong analytical thinking, and enthusiasm to learn the business and drive measurable results.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

OMNICHANNEL CROSS MEDIA STRATEGY OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Assist cross-functional teams in turning brand initiatives, product launches, and digital priorities into practical plans, including audience segmentation, consumer journey mapping and planning and execution of content across owned, paid and earned media, to ensure business priorities are supported.

SOCIAL MEDIA & SEO OPERATIONS

  • Manage and maintain campaign calendars, including scheduling, posting, and reviewing approved content for social media platforms across the Area. Social media listening support & flag any sensitive content, comments, or direct messages to appropriate teams.
  • Monitor and manage SEO technical tools and platforms. Support with SEO audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to update content based on keyword analysis and insights.  

CROSS-MEDIA PERFORMANCE (PAID, ORGANIC & EARNED) & ANALYTICS TAGGING OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Support the Cross Media Operations Manager in monitoring and reporting paid, earn and organic media activations and KPIs across various digital channels (search, social, display, programmatic).
  • Operational support in segments setup, A/B testing on campaigns, tag generation through tracking tool (UTM generation), setup on ad platforms & QA checks and testing to ensure there are no errors in place.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience Required

  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media & social media marketing.
  • Demonstratable omnichannel and commercial acumen to link Omnichannel Marketing & Digital Commerce to the Category business and agendas. Well verse with latest trends, innovation & capabilities in the market.

Technical / Functional Skills Required

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient and hands-on experience Social Media stack such as Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, TalkWater, etc.
  • Hands-on with experience with SEO tools including Conductor, Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, etc.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

University degree. Preferably, major in Digital Marketing and eCommerce
