British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for an IT Finance Coordinator in Warsaw
We are seeking a dedicated IT Finance Coordinator for the Central Europe region to oversee the financial and operational management of our IT services team. In this finance- focused role, you will be integral in optimizing the financial performance of IDT Services, ensuring rigorous alignment with global and local financial priorities, and driving year-on -year cost efficiencies through strategicbudgeting, financial reporting, and continuouss improvement.

Please note that this is a contractor position and the successful candidate will not be directly employed by BAT. Instead, the employment will be through a third-party contracting agency.
Hybrid Model of working: 3 days per week in the office
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the financials and budget of the Central Europe DRBU IT services team, including forecasting, tracking, reporting, and optimizing the IDT Services spend effectiveness.
- Alignment on the investments priorities with the global partners as well as local IDT Services Managers, and driving initiatives to meet year on year savings targets in accordance with the budget cascades.
- Monitoring of the Service Level Agreements across Central Europe IDT Services, to ensure that they meet the required levels and drive continuous service improvement through learning and change management, and by ensuring ongoing improvement in BAU technology services to ensure they optimally serve business requirements.
- Responsible for the Local Services Catalogue (LSC) and project portfolio of IDT Services (Planisware) input and monitoring.
- Co-operate with the Service Level Managers and IDT Services Business Analysts across Central Europe on IT services projects and initiatives delivery, in order to track and report the project’s statuses and KLO financials.
- Drive standardization of policies and standard processes with respect to technology and financial management.
- Ensure the compliance of IDT services with the company policies, standards, and procedures, as well as the external regulations and standard processes.
What are we looking for?
- Proficient in financial and budget management, including cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience in (IT) project management or finance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in IT service management, project management, or IT governance is a plus.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools is a plus.
