ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

If you're driven, hardworking, and results-oriented, our Marketing Global Graduate Programme will help you maximize your potential. The program aims to raise future leaders of the BAT Marketing Team.

It's an 18-month fast-track to management level with unprecedented exposure explicitly geared for high-potential individuals. It helps you develop outstanding skills and a full understanding of the dynamic of the market you are operating in and how the Marketing Function works together with other departments to achieve outstanding business results.

During structured rotations and accelerated career pathways, you will be immersed in stretch projects that challenge and excite you. You will gain a well-rounded and fulfilling learning experience and international exposure.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR?

• Depending on role assignment, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Build a strong business understanding through various role rotations within Marketing.
• Support the development and planning of projects, liaising with all functions and championing change.
• You will be assigned to a strategic stretch project, where you will collaborate with the team to deliver results for their relevant sub-functions.
• Proactively drive your development plan through on-the-job, coaching and mentoring sessions, formal and online training.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, and highly adaptable
• Professionals with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply
