BAT CHILEIS LOOKING FOR A CONSUMER EXPERINCE 360º ANALYST

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The primary focus of the 360º Consumer Experience Analyst (Control Tower & Occasions Marketing) is on Consumer Experience analytics and reporting, including e-commerce/delivery apps, promotions, paid media analytics, social media analysis and field insights. You will have a crucial role integrating data and ensuring the CX plan reaches de agreed KPIs in the LATAM South markets, supporting the business in turning insights into actionable strategies. Additionally, you will support the CX team in leading the future Touchpoints Analytics modelling agenda. The secondary focus of the role is on the occasions marketing plan, coordinating the 360 activations to make new-category brands relevant to the consumer's daily life across key occasions, through an integrated approach that leverages our marketing and sales mix in the region.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • You’ll support analytics capabilities using existing data and other methodologies. This is to strengthen analytics on e-com/delivery apps & social media efficiencies as well as on Live Experiences field insights including sampling, events and pop-up stores.
  • In this role, you will develop capabilities to understand, extract, clean and analyse data from a range of systems and data sources. You will be part of Touchpoint Mix Modelling projects with multiple stakeholders & markets involved.
  • Part of the role requires accurate and timely reporting on CX intelligence, looking at e-com/delivery apps development, site performance, competition development in digital channels, social media monitoring & being a point of contact to gather all the relevant category/assortment insights with the I&F team.
  • The key to the role is delivering actionable insights to the LATAM South region and local stakeholders. To reach this goal, you’ll work with data and systems as well as the different marketing teams to build an integrated picture of the CX performance to give relevant, accurate and timely recommendations.
  • Coordinate the 360 campaigns for top-priority occasions, leveraging the whole marketing and sales mix and ensuring the maintenance of these efforts to continually grow consumption for new-category brands across key moments of need.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management, marketing, advertising or related
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or 360 marketing process.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ideally previous experience on Brand Activation roles. Solid understanding of intelligence area, focused on digital marketing & consumer information.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and present ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent Spanish and Advanced English.
