British American TobaccoMéxico has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Management Analyst in Monterrey
Work as a business partner for the US Growth Management Team by providing commercial insights. This role is an enabler to help the end market deliver the information required to deliver growth activities.
The role will help support the RAI Growth strategies by leveraging big data and advanced analytics. The role involves developing performance tools and models to deliver the business requirements as well as new opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ability to synthesis large amounts of information to generate observations.
- Develop data analysis with a high level of accuracy and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications.
- Filter and clean data in such a way to provide uniformity and standardization across different informational sets.
- Understanding of programming tools is preferred (Python, R, Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku).
- Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing data.
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of professional experience, 1+ years in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MicroStrategy.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables, along with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
