Location:

Purpose:

Support the business functions with internal compliance relating to but not limited to SOx audit process, internal audit process and external audit processes.

Supports business functions with compliance with Business Integrity Group policies - especially but not limited to SOBC, TPAFC, Sanctions, SCCP etc.

Principal Accountabilities

 Responsible for support in

  • Identifying significant risks in processes, projects, services, business applications
  • Assess the design, effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls over risks.
  • Develop and/or assist in developing action plans for improvement where required. 
  • Revise internal procedures, policies, reports etc. periodically to identify risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Collaborate with all business functions/stakeholders when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

Provide analytics through the use of automated analytics tools and Robotic Automation Processes.

To assist in delivering a best practice audit and business risk service.

Additional Information

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proficient English skills
  • Undergraduate degree educated with relevant professional qualification.
  • 3+ years’ experience with a reputable audit firm and/or corporate industry experience (FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment).
  • Experience dealing with external auditors.
  • Good knowledge of internal audit practices, principles and procedures and corporate governance requirements for a Group operating globally.
  • Experience in multiple finance functions to support SOx Reporting
  • Advanced use of MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills with leadership presence
  • Team player and strong communication skills
