BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
FUNCTION:Marketing Deployment – Consumer Activation
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
REPORTS TO: Cluster Head of Marketing Deployment
REPORTING LEVEL: Manages Self & Others
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Shape the Merchandising and Consumer Activation strategy & campaigns (PST, Merchandising, POSM) in alignment with Organizational agenda
- Collaborate with Deployment team/region to drive Fit-for-purpose consumer activation plan for each on/off cycle activities. Build long term plan for revamping consumer engagement space
- Monitor the deployment of campaigns to ensure appropriate execution standards within regional teams via business development team networks and Regional Management stakeholders.
- Evaluate Activation execution/ performance on monthly/quarterly basis/ campaign.
- Resource allocation & NW budget management to extract value from investment.
- Agency and Supplier Management: Work closely with agencies on headcount and recruitment plans, as well as effectively manage operational issues related to employment administration (recruitment, salary payment, exit). Manage supplier relationships, including budget tracking, inventory management, and procurement planning for combo items.
- Team Development: Guide & coach team member & junior team members within function. Provide guidance to ensure each member is supported in their respective roles.
- Innovation & Transformation Drive: Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth and effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brand / Trade Marketing in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
- Advanced Data analysis skill to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Fluent English, Vietnamese
- Good stakeholder management skills to drive agenda
- Focus on driving successful outcomes and achieving strategic objectives
