WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Drive activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for the assigned Market
  • Materials planning SPOC working with factory & suppliers to help achieve Area’s targets
  • Drive adoption and implementation of digital transformation for the assigned factory & suppliers
  • Drive upskilling of technical capabilities and commercial understanding through supplier collaboration initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement and process simplification within DRBU & Region’s suppliers management
  • Ability to provide capacity analysis and assess long term equipment requirements for the assigned area.
  • The Sr. manager must have an overall understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain and brand planning processes.
  • The Sr. manager must possess a detailed understanding of the ERP planning tools.
  • The Sr. manager must be up to date and knowledgeable of brand projects including end of life cycle projects to minimize finished good write-offs.  The manager must stay informed of upcoming events such as new brand launches or promotional activity to ensure cost savings and project success.  The position will occasionally be required to lead and/or participate on teams that are associated with brand projects.

  • How well are you in managing cross functional stakeholders?
  • Do you have knowledge of Supply Planning (includes Material / planning management)?
  • Are you familiar with E2E Synchronised Supply Chain?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical, Business or related field and 6+ years relevant progressive work experience Or Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical, Business or related field and 5+ year experience Supply Chain and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate across, up and down the organization
  • Very good Supply Chain and materials knowledge (process, metrics), and supplier collaboration
  • Self-motivated, energetic, flexible, and adaptable to change
  • 3-5 years across Planning, Procurement, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
  • Leading medium, diverse, and cross functional team
