BAT TAIWANIS LOOKING FOR AHR OFFICER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Non-Management Level

FUNCTION: HR

SALARY RANGE: 14th month Base Salary + Excellent Benefits + Market Leading Bonus

LOCATION: Taipei, Taiwan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for be part of HR Share Service Team to partner with HR Business Partner to provide HR general services to designated business unit(s)

Reports to: HRBP & TWHRSSC Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Greater China Cluster

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Monthly payroll administration and related matters including tax reporting / pension administration / financial reporting
  • Coordinate activities related to payroll in coordination with payroll service agency. Ensure actual payments are reconciled with book record (accruals)
  • As coordinator to run joiner/mover/leaver (JML) process
  • As coordinator to work with other End Market to ensure social benefit matters / cost recharge of International Assignees led accurately
  • Assist Region Reward / Global Business Service team in data validation requests
  • Partner with HRBP on headcount planning and total employment cost budgeting exercise
  • Assist in report generation to fulfill requirement of government authorities
  • Coordinate with external tax assistance provider (E&Y) for International Assignee tax reporting

  • Someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, forward thinking, and proactive in problem solving
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator in handling the day-to-day HR operations

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant subject areas
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience from in-house HR position
  • Proficient in HR-related Ordinances is important
  • Able to work with all levels of colleagues in a vibrant environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
